We are available on the telephone or email 7 days a week but can meet you at any our secure storage facilities 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday or 8am to 12pm Saturday if needed. We invoice in advance every 28 days and ask for payment by return. Once the initial minimum 2 week rental period has expired, we will refund any payment you have made beyond the day you move out. We ask for a standing order to be set up after your initial payment but will also accept payment by bank transfer or card payment over the telephone.
All sites are monitored and patrolled by Wye Security Solutions, an ACS accredited company. We also have CCTV on all sites and our warehouse facility in Whitchurch has Intruder and Fire alarm systems installed throughout. Each external steel storage unit comes with its own container padlock, which fits behind a steel shroud for added protection. We have also fitted additional security bolts to each steel storage unit for added security.
It is strongly advised you keep your belongings insured at all times. As a company, we are affiliated to the online self-storage insurance provider Insurastore.com who can provide contents cover for you if required. Please ask us for further details at time of enquiry or booking.
There is a 2 week minimum rental period required for any of our storage units.
Yes, all of our internal and external storage units have vehicle access so there is no need to carry your belongings more than a few feet.
No, we can book your storage unit(s) over the telephone or by email. If possible, we do however recommend you visit prior to booking so you can view the range of units we have on offer and choose the right one for you.
Yes, you can change to suit your circumstances.
Yes, you can telephone 01600 735001 or 01594 840860 to book a unit up to 48 hours in advance of the day you wish to start the rental * subject to availability
Yes, we require a deposit but it is fully refundable once your belongings have been removed from our storage unit(s), any keys have been returned and both parties confirm that no damage to the unit has occurred.
